A flying machine that uses multiple propellers, or rotors, to maintain flight.
A multirotor is any vehicle, typically unmanned, which uses more than two life-generating rotors to fly. Multirotors have any number of uses ranging from aerial photography to race drones.
Multirotors may also be referred to as multicopters.
