I have the DJI Mavic Air 2. I first used the DJI FLY app to use my drone. However I learned that the DJI GO 4 was more compatible with this drone as it offers more features such as active track( which I really need). I tried contacting support, to which they weren’t helpful at all so now I don’t know what to do. The remote and the drone pair up, but the GO 4 app won’t get past step 3 in the connection process. I don’t know how that’s possible?(idk if this is relevant but)I’ve heard there is supposed to be a button to press on the bottom of the drone to connect to the controller, which I don’t have. When I disconnect my phone from the controller and reconnect it, it switches back over to the FLY app. I have absolutely no clue what’s going on.

  • $\begingroup$ What kind of phone are you using?. An Android phone would require you to specifically kill the FLY app before connecting via Go4 $\endgroup$
