Drones and Model Aircraft is for experienced flyers, pilots and builders of drones and model aircraft. We welcome all levels of experience in this hobby!
These are the types of things you can ask:
- Questions about any type of drone or unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) including underwater drones
- Hardware issues with a drone / model aircraft are on-topic The question should include: what the hardware problems is, the name/type of drone, an image of the issue where possible and what you have tried so far
- Any issues regarding the software for a drone / model aircraft are on-topic. The question should include details of the software, including: the name of the software, what is the problem and what you have tried so far
- Recommendation questions are on-topic if they include details of exactly what you are looking for and other details such as a price range and what experience of flying you already have
If your question is not specifically on-topic for Drones and Model Aircraft Stack Exchange, it may be on topic for another Stack Exchange site. If no site currently exists that will accept your question, you may commit to or propose a new site at Area 51, the place where new Stack Exchange communities are democratically created.
